About Us

LRS Consultancy has an effective hands-on approach and provides expertise in waste prevention and reuse; recycling collection and reprocessing; market development; waste as an energy, sustainable procurement and carbon reduction.  Our dedicated team of specialists work in collaboration with our clients, to provide you with tailor made solutions which fit your budget.

LRS Consultancy was set up in June 2006 as a wholly owned subsidiary of London Remade.  London Remade is a not-for-profit organisation which successfully brings together the public, private and third sector partners in the waste management arena to form relationships which drive the sustainable waste management agenda and keep the capital at the forefront of global best practice.

Setting up LRS Consultancy enabled London Remade to tailor and expand its range of services.  This was particularly helpful to the public, private and third sector organisations whose needs were not covered by funded areas of London Remade’s work, or those who required additional time and resources.  It also meant that we could extend our service beyond London for the first time.  Since then LRS Consultancy has been working with a range of organisations across the UK to help them become more sustainable and reduce their environmental impact.

On 29 October 2009, LRS Consultancy was bought by Debbie Hitchen, Dee Moloney, Derek Stephenson and Peter Johnson, and is now operating independently from London Remade - although both organisations maintain a close working relationship.
